SLon离心机在云南某锡矿含锡细泥选矿中的应用

针对云南某锡矿重选矿厂分级溢流细泥锡金属流失严重的情况进行了新型高效重选设备的应用研究。确定了SLon离心机回收该细泥中锡石的最优工艺参数,并以SLon离心机为主选设备替代了现场的毛毯选矿机。工业试验结果表明,在分级溢流细泥含锡0.32%的条件下,使用SLon-800离心机离心粗选、精选得到的离心精矿进入摇床作业,全流程获得了含锡19.81%,锡回收率48.785%的锡精矿产品,并实现了大量抛尾。

Experiment Research of a Fine Tailings Containing Cassiterite Using SLon Centrifugal Separator

The application of a new type of high efficiency gravity separation equipment has been studied in view of the serious loss of tin in grading overflow from a tin ore gravity separation plant in Yunnan province. The study confirmed the optimum process parameters of SLon centrifugal separator for recovery of slime cassiterite,in addition,blanket separator was replaced by SLon centrifugal separator which is used as major equipment.The industrial test results show that:under the condition that the overflow of mud contains 0.32% tin,the test used SLon800 centrifugal separator in roughing and selection,thus the concentrate enters the shaker section,the whole technological process acquired tin concentrate with tin content of 19.81% and tin recovery of 48.785% ,a large a large number of discarding tails are abandoned simultaneously.
