黑龙江某难选金矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对黑龙江某微细粒浸染、有机碳含量高、原矿氰化浸出金浸出率低的难处理金矿石,进行了原矿浮选试验研究,本研究采用了一种新型的、捕收能力强、选择性好的金捕收剂BK912,结合一段细磨—粗精矿再磨工艺,经过两次粗选、三次精选、两次扫选,获得了金精矿金品位50.60g/t、金回收率87.27%的较好指标。

THE RESEARCH ON MINERAL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF A REFRACTORY GOLD ORE IN HEILONGJIANG

Abstract:Aim at a Heilongjiang refractory gold ore which fine-grain dissemination,high organic carbon content, low gold leaching rate of cyanidation leaching of raw ore,experimental study on floatation was carried out. The research adopt a new gold collector BK912 which have strong collective power and better selectivity, combined one stage fine grind-rough concentrate regrind technology,by two roughing、two scavenging and three concentrating,obtaining better index that the grade of gold concentrate is 50.60g/t,the recovery of gold concentrate is 87.27 percent.
