摘    要:研究从选矿尾矿中回收铅锌的工艺流程。由于尾矿已经受到原选矿药剂的污染,性质相对复杂,铅、锌分离更加困难。试验采用等可浮工艺、重浮联合流程,氧、硫化矿分别处理的方案,获得了较满意的选矿指标,可选出氧化铅矿、硫化铅矿和硫化锌矿三种产品,使铅精矿中铅的总回收率为79.36%、含锌低于2%,锌精矿中锌的回收率为87.85%、含铅为5.43%,有效地解决了精矿中铅锌的互含问题和二次资源综合利用,大大降低了药剂生产成本。

AN EXPERIMENT STUDY ON TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF RECOVERY OF Pb AND Zn FROM AN TAHJNGS IN BORDER REGION YUNNAN

Abstract:This paper studied an technological process of recovery of Pb and Zn from tailings. Because tailings was polluted by floating agents and so on, its character is complex, the separate of Pb and Zn is difficulty. We used the equal floating ability process, the circuit consist of flotation and gravity concentration, and the methods of concentrating oxygen ore and sulphide ore in single. We get good results: three sorts of productions were get, they were lead sulphide, zinc sulphide and lead oxygenic. The recovery of Pb is 79.36%, the grade of Zn is litter 2% .The recovery of Zn is 87.85%, the grade of Pb 5.43%. It improved questions of Pb and Zn mixing in concentration and reduced the agents costs greatly.
