抑制剂FS对赤铁矿抑制作用的研究

摘    要:以一种价格低廉、来源广泛的大分子有机物为原料合成抑制剂FS,使用FS进行赤铁矿和石英单矿物和混合矿试验,发现FS抑制赤铁矿具有选择性效果,石英可浮性受到影响不大,浮选试验说明FS是赤铁矿反浮选时赤铁矿选择性抑制剂。利用接触角、动电位、吉布斯自由能△Gθ和FT-IR等对FS抑制作用进行了研究。

Inhibiting Effect of Hematite depressant FS

Abstract:Abstract: Abstract: Synthesis inhibitor FS includes a kind of macromolecule organic low cost and up time. Flotation experiment of Singular mineral and mixed mineral was carried on Hematite and quartz by using FS, It was found that hematite was repressed by FS selectivity and It was also found that FS had little effects on flotability of Quartz, the inhibition mechanisms of FS was researched by means of contact Angle, zeta potential, infrared spectrum measuring and calculation of hematite surface free energy. The outcome of study indicated that FS is selective inhibitor for hematite during reverse flotation.
