云南某高海拔铜矿选铜起泡剂BK208工业实践

摘    要:云南某铜矿地处高海拔地区,投产后经多方比对,采用以国外进口原料为主要成分的起泡剂PL-1,投产前两年原矿性质简单,含泥量少,取得的生产指标较好;随着开采的深入,矿石含泥量增多,继续使用原有起泡剂,生产指标下降幅度较大。为了提高生产指标并实现起泡剂国产化替代,进行了新型特效起泡剂BK208的工业应用试验,经过一段时间的工业试验对比,采用原起泡剂PL-1工业试验累计指标:铜精矿含Cu 23.93%、回收率84.67%;采用起泡剂BK208的累计指标:铜精矿含Cu 22.67%、回收率86.50%。采用起泡剂BK208可比采用原用起泡剂PL-1的铜回收率提高了1.83个百分点。预估每年可增经济收益超6 800万元。

Industrial Practice of Frother BK208 for Copper Beneficiation in Certain High Altitude Copper Ore in Yunnan

Abstract:Certain copper ore is located in a high altitude area in Yunnan. After being put into operation, frother HCCL imported from abroad was used. In the first two years after being put into operation, better production index was obtained because of good properties and less mud of the raw ore. With the increasing of ore mud content, the production index decreased greatly. In order to improve the production index and achieve the domestic substitution of frother, the industrial comparative test of frother BK208 and HCCL was carried out. The recovery of copper concentrate in industrial test of frother BK208 was 1.83 percentage points higher than that of frother HCCL. The recovery of BK208 copper concentrate is higher and the cost of reagent is lower. The comprehensive economic benefit of BK208 is over 68 million yuan more than that of HCCL.
