云南曲靖某氧化铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:云南曲靖某氧化铅锌矿石含铅6.65%、含锌14.44%,铅锌氧化率均高于97%,采用不脱泥,硫化-黄药法优先选氧化铅,硫化-新型胺类捕收剂KM301再选氧化锌的原则工艺流程,闭路试验可获得铅精矿铅品位65.01%、含锌5.88%、铅回收率88.59%,其中矿泥(-20μm)铅品位51.92%、铅回收率10.80%;锌精矿锌品位38.91%、含铅1.24%、锌回收率91.23%,其中矿泥(-20μm)锌品位32.59%、锌回收率12.35%的试验指标。

Experimental Research on Beneficiation of Oxidized Lead-Zinc Orein Qujing County of Yunnan Province

Abstract:A oxidized lead-zinc mine in Qujing County of Yunnan Province containing 6.65% Pb and 14.44% with a high ratio of oxidized lead-zinc ores reaching more than 97%. An experimental study on beneficiation is carried out in which the process flow-no desliming-lead floating with xanthate,sulfuruzation-zinc floating with amine collector KM301 are adopted, the closed circuit test can achieve a good technical index with 65.01% of lead concentrate containing 5.88% Zn at a Pb recovery of 88.59% , Slime less than 20 micron contributes 10.80% Pb recovery with 51.92% of lead concentrate and achieve 38.91% of zinc concentrate containing1.24%Pb at a Zn recovery of 91.23%, Slime less than 20 micron contributes 12.35% Zn recovery with 32.59% of zinc concentrate.
