| 摘 要： | 针对河北某金矿石以金为主,含有银、铜、锌等多种金属矿物,矿石性质复杂,金的嵌布粒度大小不等的特点,在磨矿细度-74μm占65.0%条件下,采用"尼尔森重选—浮选"工艺流程,尼尔森重选可获得金品位318.06 g/t、回收率36.69%的精矿,重选尾矿采用一次粗选、一次精选、两次扫选浮选流程,可获得金品位65.2 g/t、银品位375 g/t、金回收率55.99%、银回收率71.25%的精矿,金总回收率达到95.68%,银总回收率达到86.86%。浮选精矿中锌、铜的回收率分别为96.55%、94.50%。
