摘    要:内蒙古某多金属矿采用磁选铁—浮选锌—重选锡工艺流程回收其中的铁、锌和锡,其中锡的重选回收率仅30%,其尾矿含锡0.54%,将近50%的锡损失在尾矿中。为了回收该尾矿中的锡资源,进行了系统的试验研究,最后推荐脱泥—硫化矿浮选—锡浮选—浮选锡粗精矿重选联合工艺流程,其闭路试验指标为锡精矿含锡35.33%、回收率50.33%。

But the recovery of tin was only 30%, nearly 50% tin was lost in the tailings containing Sn 0.54%. In order to make good use of the tailings resource, systematic study was carried out. Finally, the flowsheet of combined desliming- sulfide flotation-cassiterite flotation- rough concentrate gravity separation was adopted. The tin concentrate of 35.33% Sn with recovery 50.33% was obtained.Key words: tailings of polymetallic ore; cassiterite; BK412; flowsheet of combined flotation and gravity concentration
