BGRIMM浮选设备在钾盐矿浮选中的应用

我国钾盐矿匮乏,具有品位较低、共伴生组分多、浮选中泡沫量大、所需充气量较小等特点。结合钾盐矿生产实例介绍了BGRIMM浮选设备在国投罗布泊钾盐公司、老挝东泰钾盐矿、四川开元(老挝)钾盐矿、青海藏格钾肥公司等的应用情况,表明BGRIMM浮选设备对钾盐矿具有广泛的实用性,浮选效率高,效果好,对今后钾盐矿用浮选设备选型有一定指导意义。

The Application of BGRIMM Flotation Equipment in Potash Ore Flotation

The potash ore resources are lock in China, and the ores usually have the characters of low-grade, rich associated mineral components, large amount of bubbles generated in flotation and smaller aeration quantity to be required, etc. The application of BGRIMM flotation equipments used in the operating plants of SDIC Xinjiang Luobupo Potash Co., Ltd., Dongtai Potash Mine(Laos) and Zangge Potash Mine(Qinghai) was introduced with production practice of potash. It is showed that the BGRIMM flotation equipments have a extensive practical applicability with the property of high flotation efficiency and good production indexes, so these BGRIMM flotation equipments could be one of the choices for the selection of flotation machines in processing of potash ores.
