摘 要: | 铜矿开采导致的铜尾矿堆存问题对社会安全和生态环境产生巨大隐患,提高铜尾矿中有利元素的回收对消耗铜尾矿,解决资源困境有重要的现实意义。云南某选冶厂尾矿库堆存近5×106 t品位为0.43 %左右的混合型铜尾矿,根据硫化铜和氧化铜矿物之间可浮性的差异,对磨矿细度、药剂优化及全流程开路和闭路循环试验进行研究,最终,确定采用“粗选硫化铜矿,扫选氧化铜矿,分别精选提高铜品位”的混合型铜尾矿异步浮选工艺流程,全流程闭路试验获得硫化铜精矿铜品位18.32 %,铜回收率26.84 %,对硫化铜矿物综合回收率为82.44 %;氧化铜精矿铜品位18.15 %,铜回收率31.66 %,对氧化铜矿物综合回收率为48.62 %;铜精矿综合回收率为58.50 %的良好指标,探索出一套技术可行,生产效益高的混合型铜尾矿处理工艺,具有重要的现实意义和技术参考。

Abstract: | The accumulation of copper tailings caused by copper resource mining has a huge hidden danger to social security and ecological environment. Improving the recovery of beneficial elements in copper tailings has important practical significance for consuming copper tailings and solving resource dilemmas. A concentrator in Yunnan has stockpiled nearly 5×106 t of mixed copper tailings with a grade of about 0.43 %. Aiming at the difference in floatability between sulfide copper and oxide copper minerals in mixed copper tailings, it is mainly for grinding Research on fineness, chemical optimization, and full-process open-circuit and closed-circuit tests. Finally, it is determined to adopt a hybrid copper tailing asynchronous flotation process of "roughly selecting sulfide copper ore, sweeping oxide copper ore, and separately selecting and improving copper grade". Through closed-circuit tests, the sulfide copper concentrate has a copper grade of 18.32 % and a copper recovery rate of 26.84 %, oxide copper concentrate has a copper grade of 18.15 %, a copper recovery rate of 31.66 %, and a total copper concentrate recovery rate of 58.50 %. It has important practical significance and technical reference to explore a set of technically feasible and high-efficiency mixed copper tailings treatment process. |
