摘 要: | 内蒙古某铜镍钴矿含铜0.17%、含镍0.28%、含钴0.021%,采用"粗磨丢尾—铜镍混合浮选—混合精矿再磨—铜镍分离"工艺流程。闭路试验获得了铜品位18.68%、回收率60.44%的铜精矿和镍品位4.52%、回收率74.42%的镍精矿,钴富集在镍精矿中,品位0.32%、回收率70.24%。

Abstract: | Inner Mongolia a copper-nickel-cobalt ore containing copper 0.17%, nickel 0.28%, inclusive of our 0.021% cobalt. The coarse grinding and discarding tailings - copper and nickel bulk flotation - mixed concentrate regrinding- copper - nickel secondary magntic separation process. Closed circuit experiment with the grade of copper 18.68%, the recovery rate of 60.44% of the copper concentrate and the grade of nickel 4.52% ,the recovery rate of 74.42% of the nickel concentrate. cobalt concentration in nickel concentrate, the grade 0.32% and recovery 70.24%. |
