摘 要: | 根据某氧化铅锌矿石的特性 ,提出采用Na2 CO3调浆 ,先硫化浮铅 ,然后不脱泥直接采用胺类组合捕收剂ZP -0 5作氧化锌矿捕收剂进行浮选的工艺流程 ,可获得含铅 40 .42 %、含锌 16.2 8%、回收率 3 2 .69%的铅精矿 ,含锌 40 .73 %、含铅 1.61%、回收率 78.91%的锌精矿。

Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of a lead-zinc oxide ore, the flotation process used Na 2CO 3 as the regulator to control pH, float lead oxide minerals after sulphurating, then float zinc oxide minerals used combined amine collector ZP-05 as collector of zinc oxide ore is pointed out in this paper, the lead concentrate assay 40.42% lead?16.28% zinc, it's lead recovery is 32.69%, and the zinc concentrate assay 40.73% zinc?1.61% lead, it's zinc recovery is 78.91%. |
