摘    要:新疆某金矿的浮选精矿经生物氧化,氧化渣再氰化提金后,氰化渣中金银含量仍较高。针对该氰化渣进行了重选和浮选试验,确定了碳酸钠 水玻璃作组合调整剂、硫酸铜作活化剂、异戊基黄药 丁铵黑药作组合捕收剂、RB-3作起泡剂的药剂制度,以及二次粗选、三次精选的开路流程。氰化渣金、银品位分别为7.40 g/t和24.96 g/t时,开路试验可获得精矿中金品位24.68 g/t,回收率61.30%;银品位67.21 g/t,回收率47.47%的较好指标。浮选精矿产品的X射线衍射结果表明,氰化渣中载金矿物为未氧化的白铁矿和黄铁矿,且脉石矿物的粒度极细,直接影响精矿的浮选指标。

Experimental Research on Recovering Gold and Silver from Cyanide Residue

Abstract:Floatation concentration of a gold mine in Xinjiang extracts gold through bio-oxidation and cyanide, the gold and silver content in cyanide residue is still high. Experimental research on gravity concentration and flotation has been carried out. By using sodium carbonate and soluble glass as the combined modifier, copper sulfate as activator, isoamyl-xanthate and dithiophosphate BA as the combined collector, the RB-3 as frother, a flotation flowsheet consisting of two times roughing and three times concentrating has been selected to treat cyanide residue. When the grades of gold and silver are 7.40 g/t and 24.96 g/t for the run-of-mine ore, the grade and recovery of gold in the concentrate of open-circuit test have attained 24.68 g/t and 61.30%, while the grade and recovery of silver have reached 67.21 g/t and 47.47%. The X-ray diffraction result of flotation concentrate shows that non-oxidative marcasite and pyrite are the main kind of gold-carrier mineral in cyanide residue, and the indexes of flotation concentrate are influenced by the fine-grained gangue mineral.
