某金矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对某金矿金的嵌布粒度极为细微,以显微和超显微金为主,通过方案对比,采用先浮后浸新工艺进行闭路试验,工艺闭路指标为:浮选金精矿产率4.49%,品位36.6g/t,回收率38.22%,浸出作业回收率82.01%,对原矿回收率50.66%,浮选加浸出的总回收率为88.88%。

THE RESEARCH ON MINERAL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF SOME REFRACTORY GOLD ORE

Abstract:Aim at some refratory gold ore which fine-grain dissemination, gold gives extremely priority to microscopic and ultramicroscopic.Through the scheme comparison, using flotation and leaching of closed-circuit test, technology index of closed circuit process: flotation gold concentrate yield is 4.49%, grade is 36.6g / t, recovery is 38.22%, leaching operation recovery is 82.01%,the ore recovery rate is 50.66%, Flotation and leaching of the total recovery rate is 88.88%.
