摘 要: | 某铜钼矿床是我国典型的超大型斑岩铜钼矿床,主要为原生硫化矿石,含铜0.47%、钼0.026%、硫2.02%,矿石品位低、性质复杂、难选。通过多种选矿工艺流程探讨,确定采用钼铜等可浮选再分离—铜硫混合浮选分离工艺流程产出钼精矿、铜精矿及硫精矿,实验室获得的闭路试验指标为:总铜精矿品位22.85%、铜回收率87.17%,钼精矿品位48.85%、钼回收率68.96%,硫精矿品位40.75%、硫回收率61.07%。
