某低品位镍矿石提镍降镁工艺研究

摘    要:某低品位镍矿石中有用矿物的镍、铜含量低,MgO含量高,难以产出高品位镍精矿。为此,针对镍铜矿物均以硫化镍、硫化铜状态存在,目的矿物嵌布粒度较细及分布不均匀的特点,通过细磨以及添加调整剂、采用复合捕收剂等手段,成功地获得含镍6.72%、铜3.59%的混合镍精矿,MgO含量降至5.20%。

Study on Process of Depressing Magnesium and Improving Nickel Grade for Low Grade Nickel Ore

Abstract:It is difficult to produce high grade nickel concentrate from low grade nickel ore with low Ni and Cu content but high MgO.Considering that Ni and Cu-bearing minerals normally exist in nickel sulfide and copper sulfide,and useful minerals are finely embedded and unevenly distributed,the approach of fine grinding,adding modifier and using composite collector is adopted to obtain a bulk concentrate with Ni 6.72%,Cu 3.59% and with the content of MgO lowered to 5.20%.
