某铜钼矿选矿工艺技术试验研究

摘    要:对河南某矿区片岩型铜钼矿石,采用钼铜异步混合浮选再分离—硫浮选工艺流程,获得钼精矿品位为47.02%、钼回收率87.91%,铜精矿品位14.33%、铜回收率82.61%的较好指标。为开发利用该类型中低品位铜钼矿资源,提供了技术依据。

Abstract:Specific to a copper-molybdenum ore of schist type,a processing flowsheet using the method of differential bulk flotation of copper and molybdenum minerals followed by their separation plus pyrite flotation has been developed,which bring good indexes with molybdenum concentrate grade as 47.02 %,Mo-recovery as 87.91 %,copper concentrate grade as 14.33 % and Cu-recovery as 82.61 %.The study has provided technical support for commercial utilization of such kind of low-or-middle grade copper and molybdenum ores...
