| 摘 要： | 通过对黑色岩系钒矿石中主要矿物的性质分析和化学键的计算,确定了其差异性,并根据该性质采用螺旋选矿机重选—浮选联合流程成功抛尾,工艺经优化后可抛弃产率46.97%、品位0.30%、金属损失率14.96%的尾矿,使进入化学提钒的品位提高到1.49%,所富集的精矿化学提钒不受影响,成本下降。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the character and counting the bond of the main minerals in vanadium ore contained in black rock series, the differences is determined. And according the differences, tailings is discarded successful by combined process of gravity of spiral separator and floatation. The concentrate from the combined process not only did not affect the chemical vanadium extraction but also decreased the cost. |
