| 摘 要： | 针对近年来我国煤矿事故频发的现状,从人的不安全行为的角度对事故原因进行了分析,并从行为科学的角度对人的不安全行为的主要影响因素进行了研究总结,结合目前煤矿安全生产的现状,提出了相应的安全管理对策.

| Abstract: | According to the present status of the mine accidents frequently occurred in China, from the view of the human unsafe behaviors, the paper analyzed the causes of the accidents. From the view of the behavior science, the paper had a study and conclusion on the main influence factors to the unsafe behavior. Combined with the present status of the mine safety production, the paper provided the related safety management countermeasures. |
