基于Fluent的掘进工作面通风热环境数值模拟

摘    要:基于计算流体动力学和矿井通风理论,建立掘进工作面通风的k-ε紊流模型,导出描述掘进工作面风流紊流流动和温度分布的微分方程。通过分析掘进巷道模型的边界条件,利用Fluent软件模拟压入式通风的风流与巷道围岩和机械设备散热的热湿交换过程,采用TECPLOT软件进行后处理,显示不同供风量下的速度矢量图和风流温度变化。模拟结果表明,增大供风量可以降低巷道温度,但供风量过大,降温效果越来越不明显,仅依靠通风方式无法改变高温现状。

Abstract:Based on computational fluid dynamics and the mine ventilation theory,a ventilation turbulence k-ε model of the mine roadway heading face was established and a differential equation to state the turbulence flow of the air flow and the temperature distribution in the mine roadway heading face was derived.With the analysis on the boundary conditions of the mine heading roadway model,the Fluent software was applied to simulate the thermal and moisture exchange process between the forced ventilation flow,the surrounding rocks of the mine roadway and the mechanical equipment heat radiation.The TECPLOT software was applied to processing and the speed vector diagram and the air flow temperature variation under the different ventilation supply value were showed.The simulation calculated results showed that the ventilation supply value increased could reduce the temperature of the mine roadway.Once the ventilation supply value was too high,the temperature reduction effect would not be remarkable steadily.The high temperature status could not be changed only by depending on ventilation.
