寺河矿一次采全高国产装备大采高回采工艺实践

摘    要:基于寺河矿所采3号煤层平均厚度为6.22 m,煤层赋存稳定,属近水平煤层等开采技术条件,寺河矿在综采工作面引进国外大采高装备取得成功开采经验的基础上,又装备了一套以国产设备为主的一次采全高的大采高开采设备,并于该矿2303工作面投入使用,结果表明:以5.5 m大采高支架为主的国产装备在寺河矿的使用取得了较好的效果,同时也暴露出一些需要改进的问题,主要是受设备故障影响,指出了提高关键部件的可靠性是国产大采高采煤工艺的改进方向。
