无灰煤的制备及应用研究进展

摘    要:鉴于无灰煤具有无灰、无水、热活性高、热塑性好、流动性强等特点,介绍了无灰煤在气化、液化、炼焦方面的应用及研究现状,并对溶剂萃取法制备无灰煤的生产工艺及其影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:煤的萃取率及所得无灰煤的性能与原煤性质密切相关,还与工艺条件有关;随着煤阶的降低,得到的无灰煤中轻组分含量增加;选择合适溶剂、提高萃取温度、热萃取前加酸预处理等方法均可提高煤的萃取率。
