摘    要:针对分体式全液压坑道钻机适用钻进工艺单一、控制精度低、搬迁困难,现有履带式全液压坑道钻机辅助工作时间长的问题,采用负载反馈、恒压变量和远程控制技术,设计了ZDY6000LD(A)型履带式全液压坑道钻机的液压系统,包括回转、给进、行走、主轴制动等多个执行回路以及起下钻、夹转、卸扣等联动功能。通过采用AMESim软件对回转回路的负载特性进行仿真分析和现场应用,结果表明:负载敏感系统理论特征和实际钻进工况相吻合,ZDY6000LD(A)型钻机适用于回转、定向、复合等多种钻进工艺,液压系统有较强的工艺适应性、节能性和远程操控性。
