螺旋钻采煤机钻杆的结构参数优化设计

摘    要:在对螺旋钻杆的输煤机理进行分析研究的基础上,选择螺旋钻杆输煤生产率作为优化设计的目标,以钻杆叶片内径、钻杆工作转速、叶片螺旋升角和导程为设计变量,同时考虑了块煤率、浮煤量和单位能耗等因素的影响,建立了数学模型。

Abstract:Base on the analysis and research on coal conveying mechanism of the screw drilling rods, the coal conveying rate was selected as the target of the optimized design. According to the inner diameter of the blade for drilling rods, the working rotary speed of the drilling rods, the screwing up angle of the blade and the stroke as the variation of the design and in consideration of the influences of the lump coal rate, float coal quantity, unit energy consumption and other factors, a mathematics model was established.
