管道内瓦斯爆炸传播试验研究

摘    要:为了研发低浓度瓦斯抽放系统的安全设备,分别在DN500 mm和DN700 mm的试验管道内进行了瓦斯爆炸传播试验.通过动态信号综合测试系统采集了爆炸火焰和压力波的试验数据.试验结果表明:管道内瓦斯爆炸压力波峰值与传播距离呈二次函数关系,爆炸火焰到达时间与传播距离呈对数函数关系,且火焰传播速度随传播距离的增长而增大,管道直径对爆炸的传播有明显影响.
