煤泥浮选中矿物赋存状态分析

摘    要:为寻求高灰煤泥难选的本质原因,通过浮选试验、SEM电镜扫描和XRD衍射仪对钱家营矿选煤厂煤泥中矿物成分的分布进行了分析.结果表明,该煤泥的主要矿物成分为黏土类矿物,具有易碎、易泥化的特点,因此矿物的细粒嵌布和夹带是造成煤泥精煤灰分偏高,煤泥难选的主要原因.这一结论对以后的细粒煤分选研究起到了指导作用.

Abstract:In order to seek the essential cause of the difficult flocatation of the higb ash slime,an analysis on the mineral content distribu- tion of the slime from Qianjiaying Mine Coal Preparation Plant was conducted with the floatation test,SEM scanning electron microscope and XRD diffractometer.The results showed that the main mineral content of the slime was clay mineral with the features of easy broking and easy degradation in water.Therefore the fine particle of the mineral sticking on the cloth and the belt ...
