摘    要:为满足国内千米以上超大深井施工的需要及优化现有JZ25T稳车结构和性能,在德国稳车的基础上进行了国产化设计.在确定了工作原理及传动方式的基础上,对钢丝绳的选择(卷筒容绳量的计算)、电机及减速器的选择等关键问题进行设计验算,经过消化并优化设计的凿井绞车能满足2 km以内超大立井施工的需要.

Abstract:In order to meet the demands of the deep mine shaft construction with a depth over 1 000 m in China and to optimize the structure and performances of the existing JZ25T winch,a nationalized design of the JZ25T winch was made based on the German winch.Based on the operation principle and the driving mode confirmed,a design calculation was made for the selection of the steel cable(the calculation of the steel cable volume for the drum),electric motor,speed reducer and other key problems.The mine shaft sinking...
