选煤重介质悬浮液稳定性分析

摘    要:通过对选煤重介质悬浮液各组分构成之间关系的理论推导,在分析固体体积浓度与煤泥含量关系的基础上,绘制不同密度下煤泥含量与固体体积浓度的关系曲线簇,指出同一密度下悬浮液中的煤泥含量可以有很大不同,且存在一个煤泥含量的最佳值,而煤泥含量在密度一定、固体物性质一定的情况下代表了悬浮液的黏度,而分选过程中悬浮液的稳定应包括密度的稳定和黏度的稳定,并对悬浮液密度稳定性试验方案进行研究和分析.
