低瓦斯矿井工作面上隅角瓦斯超限治理技术

摘    要:针对工作面推进过程中,采空区、本煤层瓦斯的涌入致使工作面上隅角瓦斯常处于超限状态的问题,通过采用加大风量法、风机抽采法、正压稀释法、总排负压抽采法和改进总排负压抽采等方法,在山西保利铁新煤矿工作面开展了工作面瓦斯治理的工业试验。试验结果表明:采用改进总排负压抽采瓦斯技术对上隅角瓦斯进行抽采,上隅角瓦斯体积分数由正常通风时的1.6%下降到0.4%,有效降低了上隅角瓦斯浓度。

Abstract:During the advancing forward process of a coal mining face,gas emission from the goaf and the mining seam could often cause gas over limit problems of top corner in coal mining face.With an enhanced ventilation volume method,fan drainage method,positive air pressure dilution method,gas drainage method with total discharging negative pressure,gas drainage method with a total discharged negative pressure and other method,an industrial trial of gas control was conducted in the coal mining face of Shanxi Poly Tiexin Mine.The experiment results showed that when the gas drainage technology with improved total negative pressure applied to the gas drainage of the top corner,the gas fraction of the top corner reduced from 1.6% with normal ventilation to 0.4% and the top corner gas content was effectively reduced.
