高水膨胀材料充填采煤试验研究

摘    要:为在王庄煤矿进行充填采煤,研制出具有高水膨胀特性的充填材料并对采空区充填系统工艺进行了研究。该材料具有膨胀性能好、固化时间短、早期强度高、可自流输送等特点。材料2 h内呈液态并具有良好的流动性,可自流输送;2 h后开始固化并伴随体积膨胀,能够实现主动接顶支护;12 h单向抗压强度达0.5 MPa;28 d单向抗压强度达2.2 MPa。结果表明:采用该高水膨胀材料充填开采后,采煤工作面超前压力峰值大幅减小,矿压显现不明显;充填区域顶底板移近量最大仅为20 mm;工作面对应的地表最大下沉值为5 mm。
