摘    要:为了优选确定采煤沉陷地边采边复规划设计中最佳基塘复垦布局、提高耕地恢复率、降低复垦成本,根据边采边复技术思想和采煤沉陷特征,分析了影响边采边复基塘布局的4个方面因素,并在此基础上建立了基于两端逼近算法的边采边复基塘布局确定方法和流程,以安徽省淮南市某高潜水位煤矿为研究对象进行了模拟验证。结果表明:该边采边复基塘布局确定方法简单有效,与传统复垦最终基塘布局相比耕地恢复率可以提高17.48%,更好地保护了当地珍贵的耕地资源,保障了粮食安全;与此同时在基塘比例一定的情况下,边采边复最终基塘布局能够节省约13.40%的外来充填土方费用,从而降低复垦成本。
