| 摘 要： | 为了解决目前我国煤矿井下巷道开拓过程中锚杆支护效率低下,及主要支护设备过于依赖进口的问题,通过分析目前国内外锚杆钻机的技术发展现状,提出了开发研制矿用四臂锚杆钻车的思路.详细介绍了我国自主研发的履带行走式四臂锚杆钻车的工作原理、结构特点,及其市场推广情况,并重点对干式除尘技术、高可靠性锚钻技术、电缆自动卷放技术等关键技术进行了阐述,为国内煤矿企业的选型应用提供参考.该机型的研制成功首次推出了我国具有自主知识产权的产品,使用结果表明,可以完全替代进口,对提高我国煤矿采掘巷道支护速度具有积极的意义.
