摘    要:针对低阶煤难以单独制备高浓度水煤浆的问题,分别采用木质素系、萘系、脂肪族分散剂对神华煤制浆.考察了制浆温度和剪切时间对神华煤水煤浆表观黏度和流变特性的影响.结果表明,改性木质素系和脂肪族分散剂可以制备具有工业应用价值的水煤浆,在制浆的质量分数为60%左右时,其浆体具有优良的抗剪切性能.

Abstract:According to the low rank coal difficult to prepare high concentrated coal water slurry,the lignin series,naphthalene series and aliphatic series dispersants of coal water slurry were applied to prepare the coal water slurry(CWS) with Shenhua coal.The paper investigated the preparation temperature and the shearing time influenced on the viscosity and heological behavior of the Shenhua coal water slurry.The results showed that the modified lignin series and aliphatic series dispersants could be applied to pr...
