炼锌残渣与助剂硫对神华煤催化性能的研究

摘    要:进行了炼锌残渣与助催化剂硫对神华煤催化性能研究,发现助催化剂硫的添加能够明显提高反应转化率和液化油产率.催化剂的最佳用量可通过相应条件下转化率、油产率、气产率、氢耗、催化剂成本几方面进行经济核算获得.研究发现,随着催化剂用量的增加,沥青烯的产率减少,而前沥青烯的产率增加,这是由于催化剂对活性较差煤液化过程中的不同慢反应历程的强化程度不同而造成的.

Abstract:The paper had an research on the residue from spelter works and the assistant sulfur to the catalyst performance of Shenhua coal liquefaction.It was found that the assistant sulfur added could obviously improve the conversion rate and yield rate.The optimized dosage could be obtained from the economic accounting of the conversion rate, oil and gas yield, hydrogen consumption and catalyst cost.The research showed that with the increasing of the catalyst dosage, the yield rate of the asphalt alkene would be d...
