悬臂式重型掘进机关键技术探讨

摘    要:提出了悬臂式重型掘进机硬岩切割的关键技术问题,并结合EBZ300TY重型掘进机的研制开发,对所采取的技术措施进行了探讨.提出了根据用户特定地质条件进行工作参数合理匹配、刀具改进设计方向、截割头选取的类型、整机稳定性及布置、关键部件的开发和导向定位及断面监视等方案.
