回采巷道锚杆支护参数敏感性正交试验分析

摘    要:采用正交数值模拟试验方法研究了锚杆支护参数对巷道变形与破坏的影响.选择锚杆直径、锚杆长度、锚杆间排距、锚固长度及锚杆预紧力等5个因素、4个水平的正交试验方法进行了相关的数值模拟试验.试验结果表明,锚杆间排距是影响巷道变形与破坏最敏感也是最重要的参数;锚杆预紧力是巷道锚杆支护系统的关键参数,在进行巷道锚杆支护设计时,应将锚杆预应力作为重点考虑的问题之一.

Abstract:With the normal numerical value simulation test method, the paper studied the bolt support parameters affected to the deformation and failure of the mining gateway. The related numerical value simulation test was conducted with five factors of the bolt diameter, bolt length, bolts spacing, bolting length and bolt pretension and four level normal test methods. The test results showed that the bolt spacing was the most sensitive and important parameter to the gateway deformation and failure. The bolt pretension is the key parameter of the gateway bolt support system in the design of the gateway bolt support.
