浅埋厚煤层分层开采保护煤柱合理宽度研究

摘    要:为了确定浅埋厚煤层分层开采保护煤柱的合理宽度以及获知影响煤柱宽度留设的主要因素,采用弹塑性极限平衡理论分析煤层埋藏深度、煤层厚度、煤层倾角、煤的硬度、巷道断面大小和支护阻力等对保护煤柱合理宽度留设的影响;并利用相似材料模拟试验确定活鸡兔矿井1-2煤层的保护煤柱的最终合理宽度.结果表明煤柱稳定的基本条件是弹性核的宽度应不小于煤柱高度(即采高)的2倍;煤柱宽度的合理留设及采空和巷道侧对煤柱实施有效的支撑作用是保证煤柱及巷道围岩稳定的关键;活鸡兔矿井首采区上分层保护煤柱的宽度为20m,下分层保护煤柱的宽度定为12 m时,能有效控制煤柱的总变形量.
