| 摘 要： | 为了提高选煤厂粉状聚丙烯酰胺的自动配制水平和利用率,根据聚丙烯酰胺的溶解特性,利用S7-200系列的PLC,设计了一套能实现粉状聚丙烯酰胺高效分散溶解的自动控制系统,重点阐述系统的硬件构成及系统软件的设计过程,指出PLC设计关键主要是能满足基本控制功能和容量,并考虑维护的方便性、系统可扩展性等.
