低强度软岩巷道大变形围岩稳定控制试验研究

摘    要:通过在低强度软岩巷道进行的大变形围岩稳定控制试验及计算,分析了各种支护方式的试验效果,得出一次锚网喷、二次大刚度、高强度支护控制低强度软岩巷道围岩稳定是科学合理的。低强度软岩巷道大变形围岩稳定控制的机理为:一次支护让压,围岩体受力达到较低变形速率下的力学平衡,充分发挥围岩承载力;二次大刚度高强度支护,减少巷道岩体偏应力,使巷道围岩切向应力相对降低,径向应力相对升高,应力状态优化,促进围岩应力向稳定应力状态转化。

Abstract:With the experiment and calculation on the stabilization control of high deformed surrounding rock in the mine low strength weak rock roadway, the paper analyzed the experiment results of different support methods. The paper held that a first bolt/steel mesh/ shotcreting support and a second high rigid and high strength support to control the stability of the surrounding rock for the low strength weak rock roadway are rational and scientific. The mechanism of the stabilized control for the high deformed surrounding rock in the low strength weak rock roadway is that the first support was a yield to let the stressed surrounding rock have a mechanics balance under a low deformation rate and to fully make of the surrounding rock loading. The secondary support is the high rigid and high strength support to reduce the deflection stress of surrounding rock for the mine roadway, which could relatively reduce the shear stress of the surrounding rock of the roadway and could relatively increase the radial stress. The optimized stress could help the surrounding rock stress converted to the stabilized stress.
