不稳固围岩倾斜矿体安全开采工艺技术试验研究

摘    要:安庆铜矿2#矿体产状复杂、围岩稳定性差,开采困难。为保障矿山生产能力,安庆铜矿开展了不稳固围岩倾斜矿体安全开采工艺技术试验研究。通过上盘围岩锚喷网+长锚索加固,降低最大单段装药量,缩短空区暴露时间等,选用小孔径VCR法拉槽的深孔高分段采矿嗣后充填法对2#矿体进行开采,获得了良好的技术指标,实现了此类矿体的安全高效开采。

Experimental research on safe mining technology of inclined orebody in unstable surrounding rock

Abstract:With complex occurrence and unstable surrounding rock, 2# ore body in Anqing Copper Mine has been mined difficultly. In order to guarantee the mine"s production capacity, Anqing Copper Mine carried out experimental research on safe mining technology of inclined orebody in unstable surrounding rock. Through reinforcing the unstable surrounding rock with spurt-anchor network and long anchor cable, reducing the maximum single-stage charge, shorting the exposure time of the empty area, etc., the deep-hole high-section cut-and-filling method of the small-hole VCR was used to mine the 2# ore body, good technical indicators were obtained, safely and efficiently mining of this type of ore body was realized.
