铜坑矿92~#矿体裂隙矿岩巷道支护研究

摘    要:铜坑矿92#矿体矿岩节理裂隙发育,导致采场巷道易发生顶板掉块、离层冒落。锚网支护易出现锚网破裂、锚杆失效等现象。对矿岩地质结构特征及物理力学性质进行了调研与测定,总结了导致采场巷道顶板发生各种破坏类型的影响因素。结合矿山巷道支护实践经验,设计推荐锚网喷联合支护方式对采场巷道顶板进行支护,并通过具有代表性的巷道顶板支护的工业试验证明了锚网喷联合支护效果理想,最后得出锚网喷联合支护方式适用于裂隙矿岩巷道的支护。

Study on roadway support of ore rock containing fissure in 92# ore body in Tongkeng Mine

Abstract:Because of developed joint fissure of ore rock in 92# ore body of Tongkeng Mine, it is easy to occur some phenomena, such as the roof off block and separation of caving of stope drift, anchor rupture and anchor failure of anchor net support. Based on the investigation and determination of geological structure characteristics and the physical and mechanical properties of ore rock, the various influencing factors of stope roof are summarized. Combined with the practical experience of mine roadway support, the support way of spray anchor net supporting is recommended to support the roof of stope roadway. Through the industrial test of typical roadway roof supporting, the supporting effect of combined supporting of spray anchor net is proved to be ideal, finally it is concluded that the anchor net spray support way is suitable for fractured ore rock roadway supporting.
