摘    要:地下自卸卡车的横向摆动结构设计是地下铰接车辆设计的重点、难点之一。DKC20采用回转支承连接前后车体的结构来实现横向摆动,在保证结构强度和可靠性的基础上,通过设计来解决回转支承带来的一些不便。避免了使用专用横向摆动架的加工制造上的难题,对铰接车辆的设计有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:The horizontal swing device of underground dump truck is one of the difficult and important underground articulated vehicles. DKC20 underground dump truck connects the front and back body with slewing bearing. On the basis of enough strength of the device, it solves the problems caused by adding slewing bearing through designing. It avoids the difficulties in manufacturing of the special horizontal swing support. It will provide important reference for the design of articulated vehicles.
