摘    要:某铜矿采用分段空场嗣后充填法进行回采,开采过程中留有大量矿石在顶柱中成为永久损失。为安全有效地回收遗留在顶柱中的高品位矿石,需在上中段底部铺设人工假底作为下中段的人工假顶。由于人工假顶厚度是影响巷道稳定性的重要因素,因此本文针对该铜矿的2640m中段建立了钢筋混凝土人工假顶力学模型并进行受力分析。在此基础上利用塌落拱原理与组合梁理论分别计算了人工假顶的厚度,并得出该矿的人工假顶厚度为1.5m。该方法可为同类矿山借鉴。

Calculation and Analysis on the Thickness of Artificial Roof on a Copper by Sublevel Open Stoping Backfilling Method

Abstract:In the mining process, a large amount of ore was left in the support pillar to be permanent loss on a copper with sublevel open stoping backfilling method. To stope high quality ore that left in the support pillar safely and effectively, it was necessary to lay a artificial bottom as the roof on the next stage. Because the thickness of the artificial roof was a significant element influenced the stability of the tunnel, it established a mechanics model of reinforced concrete artificial roof for the underground 2640m stage in this mine and analyzed the force condition in this paper. On the basis, Arch collapse principle and Composed rock beam theory were used to calculate the reasonable thickness of the artificial roof respectively, and as a result, the thickness of the artificial roof was 1.5m in the mine. The method can be used for reference in similar mines.
