基于突变理论的人工假顶设计与安全性分析

摘    要:伽师铜矿矿体为急倾斜中厚破碎矿体,针对其开采难度大、安全性差的难题,提出了考虑膏体充填的人工假顶高效构筑方案,并且基于突变理论对人工假顶的稳定性进行了分析。该方案在伽师铜矿进行了人工假顶工业试验,人工假顶各项指标满足需求。通过人工假顶现场实施与应用,其稳定性得到验证,并且人工假顶在矿体回采中起到了很好的作用与效果。

Design and safety analysis of artificial roof based on catastrophe theory

Abstract:Jiashi copper mine is one of steeply inclined medium thick broken ore bodies, according to difficulties and problems occurred in mining production, a project that build artificial roof based on the consideration of paste fill was put forward and meanwhile stability of artificial roof was analyzed founded on the catastrophe theory. The commercial test towards artificial roof was conducted successfully in the copper mine and each parameter performed well from the results. The stability of artificial roof was proven through field implementation and application, furthermore, artificial roof performed well in mining of orebody as well.
