不稳固围岩缓倾斜中厚矿体的回采实践

摘    要:安庆铜矿2号矿体具有矿体厚度薄、倾角缓、形态复杂、矿岩稳定性差等特点,采用传统的中深孔采矿法回采此类矿体时存在着采切比高、生产效率低、生产能力小、安全性差等诸多缺陷。针对安庆铜矿生产能力大特点,经过分析,采用自下而上逐层拉槽,分层侧向崩矿,下盘布置出矿大漏斗及铲运机底部集中大量出矿等采矿新工艺,使得该类矿体矿块生产能力显著提高,生产成本明显降低,满足了安庆铜矿大规模生产的要求。

Practice of Mining a Gentle and Medium-thick Orebody with Unstable Wall Rock

Abstract:At Anqing Copper Mine,orebody No.2 characterized by medium thickness,medium dip,complex shape,weak ore and rock is mined with traditional moderate-longhole mining method.When this mining method is used for this type of orebody,there are much limitation such as large ratio of extraction-to-stope drift,low production efficiency,small production capacity and poor safety.Aimed at large production capacity,it has been proposed to apply new technologies such as slicing slotting from bottom to top,lateral ore caving on a slice,layout of a big ore-draw funnel in footwall and loading of ore by LHDs at the sublevel bottom.Since these new technologies are used for mining of this orebody,the production capacity has been evidently enhanced,production cost reduced obviously,thus meeting the requirements of mass production of Anqing Copper Mine.
