大尹格庄金矿全尾砂胶结性能实验研究

摘    要:矿山全尾砂胶结充填技术,可以有效地保护矿山有限的土地面积,降低尾矿库的库容压力,与此同时,也可以提高矿石回收率,降低损失贫化率,实现矿山无废排放。本次实验研究采用取自大尹格庄金矿的全尾砂为骨料,普通325#水泥为胶结剂进行相似材料实验,针对影响充填体强度的灰砂比、料浆浓度和龄期这三个因素进行沉降实验、塌落度实验、黏度实验,根据180个试块的抗压强度实验数据,分析得到充填体强度与以上三个因素的正相关关系,依据7d充填体的强度数据确定大尹格庄金矿的合理充填配比,作为大尹格庄金矿充填采矿系统的理论依据。

Abstract:The technology of mine cemented filling with unclassified tailings can protect limited land resources effectively, and reduce storing pressure of mine tailings. At the same time, it also could improve ore recovery and reduce ore loss and dilution, in order to realize no wastes emission. This experimental study used the unclassified tailings from Dayingezhuang Gold Mine as aggregate and the common 325#cement as the cementing agent. The experiment which contained sedimentation test, slump test, and viscosity test, focused on three factors influencing the strength of filling such as cement-sand ratio, slurry concentration and age. According to the compressive strength of 180 blocks experimental data, the result showed the compressive strength of filling was positive correlation with all the three factors. Based on 7d compressive strength of the filling, a suitable filling mixing proportion for the Dayingezhuang Gold Mine was determined, and this provided a theoretical basis for the filling system.
