铅锌尾矿膏体缓凝研究及控制措施

摘    要:尾矿膏体充填技术已在国内外诸多矿山得到推广应用,相关科研单位及矿山企业在膏体充填材料、级配、流变特性、胶结材料等方面开展了大量研究工作,但对膏体缓凝机理及控制措施方面的研究很少。通过对胶结剂性质、原矿性质、尾矿药剂残留、尾矿特性等方面进行分析,开展胶结剂初凝及安定性分析、尾矿粒级分析、X射线衍射分析、元素化学物相分析、MLA分析、扫描电镜分析等工作,找到了导致充填体缓凝的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。相关研究及认识给国内外采用尾矿膏体充填的硫化矿采选企业确保膏体质量提供了借鉴和参考,避免膏体缓凝发生。

Abstract:Cemented tailings backfill has been utilized globally at numerous mine operations. Scientific research institutes and mining enterprises have also conducted extensive research on backfill material, graduation, rheological properties and binding agent, but there is limited research on backfill material retarding mechanism and retarding control measures. After a series of study on binding agent property, raw-ore property, agent residual and tailings property, this paper presents the reason why tailings retarding happens and proposes solutions to control retarding process based on binding agent initial coagulation and coagulation stability analysis, tailings particle size distribution research, X-ray diffraction analysis, elements chemical phase analysis, MLA analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis. Tests and conclusions in this paper will be a good reference to prevent backfill tailings retarding and define backfill material quality for the companies which are specialized in sulfide ore production and processing at home and aboard.
