充填体荷载作用下采空区顶板稳定性研究

摘    要:在金属矿山的回采过程中,充填体下采空区顶板结构普遍存在于利用充填体进行回采的矿山。确定合理厚度在矿山开采过程始末具有重要的安全意义和经济价值。本文合理简化顶板力学模型,运用突变理论分析方法,依据尖点突变模型失稳的充要条件,从而得出充填体荷载作用下采空区顶板厚度的计算式。结合矿山实例,对其合理性进行验证。研究表明:将尖点突变模型运用到顶板结构稳定性分析及顶板厚度设计中是合理可行的。

Abstract:In the mining process of metal mines, the roof structure under backfill generally exists in mines where backfill is used for mining. It is of great safety and economic value to determine the reasonable thickness in the mining process. In this paper, the mechanical model of roof was simplified reasonably, and the formula of roof thickness under the action of filling body was obtained according to the sufficient and necessary condition of the instability of the catastrophe model at the cusp by using the method of catastrophe theory. The rationality of the mine was verified by an example of mine. The results indicated that it was reasonable and feasible to apply the cusp catastrophe model to the stability analysis of roof structure and the design of roof thickness.
