掘进巷道风流温度场分布规律的研究

摘    要:为了获得掘进巷道风流温度场分布规律,通过巷道实体模型和数值模拟实验相结合的方法,测试了不同巷壁温度、通风风量、入口风温时掘进巷道风流热环境的分布情况,分析了温湿度场分布差异,提出掘进巷道风流温度场"四区"即迎头阻碍区、射流影响区、回风稳定区、外部影响区分布概念,壁温发生改变可对迎头阻碍区、外部影响区造成更大影响,改变入风温度可对射流影响区造成更大影响;通过对比分析掘进巷道风流温度和湿度场,发现风流温度分布受风流参数影响较大,而湿度分布受巷道物理结构影响较大。

Study on distribution law of airflow temperature field in drivage roadway

Abstract:In order to obtain the airflow temperature distribution, the thermal environment distribution tests are measured through simulation experiment and numerical simulation of roadway model. A variety of experiments are carried out with different wall temperature, air volume and inlet air temperature, and the difference between air temperature and humidity is analyzed. The concept of "four districts" is proposed and named as the frontal zone, the jet zone, the return air zone, and the outer zone. The wall temperature has a greater influence on the frontal and outer regions, and the inlet temperature has a greater impact on the jet zone. By comparison, it is found that the airflow temperature distribution is influenced greatly by the airflow parameters, and the humidity distribution is greatly influenced by the physical structure of the roadway.
