基于虚拟现实的井下安全培训系统研究

摘    要:为了提高矿山企业安全培训的效果,根据建设智能化矿山的趋势性,提出了基于虚拟现实的井下安全培训系统。该系统应用3DMax和Unity 3D虚拟现实开发软件,完成了井下巷道内场景构建、设备建模和人机交互系统的开发,实现了井下漫游、事故重现和应急救援演练的仿真,可提高井下作业人员的环境熟悉度和安全自救意识,最终达到减少安全事故的目的。

Research on underground safety training system based on virtual reality

Abstract:In view of the poor effect of safety training in traditional mining enterprises and the trend of digitized mine construction, a downhole safety training system based on virtual reality has been put forward in this paper. The system solved several key technologies via 3D Max and Unity 3D, completing the construction of models and scenes and the development of interactive system. The simulation on downhole roaming, accident occurring and emergency rescue can be achieved.The system can bring benefits for enterprises in terms of increasing production safety and decreasing accident loss.
